Loft 4 is a 2,300 sq ft private studio rental in Manhattan designed for photo shoots, video productions, and sound recording. With sound-controlled design, natural south-facing light, seamless backdrops, wardrobe and makeup areas, gear options, and a freight elevator, it's the ideal interview, podcast, or fashion shoot space.

Q: Is Loft 4 soundproof for podcasts and video interviews?
A: Loft 4 is sound-controlled and ideal for audio recording. It includes 3/4” Plexiglas-treated windows that reduce street noise, and foam flooring that dampens footsteps—making it great for podcasts, interviews, and clean audio.
Q: Is lighting equipment included in the studio rental?

Q: Can I bring my own equipment to Loft 4 Studio?
A: Yes, you're welcome to bring your own gear at no charge. If you need to rent any equipment, we ask that you rent it directly through us.

A: Yes. Loft 4 has a 10’×20’ freight elevator that opens directly into the studio. It makes loading gear fast and efficient, and the elevator is operated by studio staff during your rental.

A: Yes, Loft 4 receives beautiful south-facing natural light. Its tin ceilings and white brick walls reflect light evenly—perfect for lifestyle shoots and interview-style videos.
